Diary Ltd with no third party involved whatsoever. We only use the
information provided by you when you subscribe or take membership
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

your membership and secondly- to provide you with the best possible
service. We do not e-mail you with information, unless you have given
us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing
e-mail from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information
we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, and credit/debit card details. We do not collect sensitive
information about you without your explicit consent. The information
we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information
that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies-
we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which?

subject line. Handling Complaints- all communication to the London
Diary by e-mail during office hours Monday -Friday is dealt with on
receipt of information. Matters of this nature will always have a
note sent, saying your information has been received and we are dealing
with the stated issue. A reply to all maters is normally returned
within 24 hours.
